Vasto Games is an independent game studio from Brazil. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit vastogames.com or join the Beyond the Static mailing list.
This website
The site has no advertising and no tracking cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and where they come from. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and cannot follow you to other sites: it records the page you opened, the site that linked you, your country and a general device type. Like any host, Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The mailing list
If you subscribe, we collect your email address and use it only to send news about Beyond the Static, such as the demo and the Steam page. We never sell or share it.
The list is run by our email provider, Kit, which stores your address for us in the United States. You're only added after you confirm through the email Kit sends you. Kit may record whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked.
We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, write to hello@vastogames.com. You have these rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
